Our Mission

Simon Twu, the founder of  Simon Technique Studio, believes that being a professional performer is not for everyone, but learning performance skills, communication skills, teamwork skills, and finding one’s true potential, is super important in shaping who one becomes.

Simon Technique Studio was created on behalf of his mentors, teachers, friends, and colleagues from all over the world, trying to provide an international, professional training experience for Elites, who really want to learn how to become a better Actor, Singer, Public Speaker, and Performer.

His goal is to help the next-generation of performers save years on their path to becoming a professional in their desired field.

What is Simon Technique?

Simon Technique is a lifestyle of performance and a disciplinary process of finding the balance of one’s Mind, Body, and Soul; and use that synergy for every moment in your performance and life.

Like learning any sport, it starts with (Self) Awareness. The questions that need to be explored are: what are you doing that is effective, and what is currently hindering your synergy?  We break it all down to the human psyche, emotions, physical performance, and the voice. We then use the camera as the medium to capture it all.

Simon believes the attitude and discipline that is learned through training in the Arts, directly correlates to training and learning for other things in life. He also believes in the need to encourage young and up-and-coming actors to start early with training and creating a solid foundation.

"You need to Understand yourself before you can Understand others. This goes for Acting, Music, and being a Good Human Being."
